Design inspiration

Designed in 2018, the project reflects a timeless approach amidst the then-trending greys and whites. The neutral color palette was chosen for its lasting appeal, enhanced with classic marble details that remain elegant over time. The home’s Cape Cod exterior was crafted with authentic wood siding from Maibec and natural stone, adding a warm, coastal charm that feels both inviting and timeless.

The result

A light, neutral space with lasting appeal, ideal for resale and future adaptability. The primary bathroom features chevron tiles for a touch of elegance, while the kitchen’s marble backsplash adds a refined yet understated charm. The Cape Cod aesthetic gives the home a classic look that complements both the neighborhood and the family’s style preferences.
