  • Build and install Our construction lead runs the build with two named points of contact, a Project Manager for the plan and a Site Manager for the site. A continuous photo log lets you see the work from your phone any day.

Designed where it is built

The design stays in-house.

Your kitchen starts on paper. Our design lead draws the layout, plans the storage, and details the cabinetry and millwork, all under the same roof that builds it. Where a wall comes out, our in-house Architectural Designer prepares the drawings and pulls the City of Toronto permit.

This is why the design and the build agree. The person who drew the island works down the hall from the crew that installs it, so there are no gaps and no handoffs between firms who have never met.

A kitchen is a design-first project. The layout, the cabinetry order, and any permit are settled before we open a wall, so the lead time on paper is what lets the build itself run cleanly once it starts. Custom cabinetry in particular has a real lead time worth planning around.

We work with one family at a time and hold to the calendar we give you. The sooner the design starts, the sooner the build does.

  • Discovery Call within days, not weeks. A 45-minute conversation, on the phone or at your kitchen table, to confirm scope and whether we are a fit. If we are not, we say so on the first call.
  • Design and cabinetry before demolition. A design, a cabinetry plan, and a written proposal with the trades, the timeline, and the inclusions named, so nothing is a surprise when the build starts.
  • A calendar we hold to. We sequence your kitchen around your family and set you up with a temporary kitchen for the build, and we hold to the schedule we give you.

Not the kitchen itself once demolition starts, but we help you set up a temporary kitchen elsewhere in the home and we seal off the work zone. We tell you the realistic no-kitchen window on the first call, and we plan the sequence around your family.
Do you handle permits and structural drawings for a kitchen?
Yes, where the scope needs them. When a kitchen removes a load-bearing wall or moves plumbing and electrical, we pull the City of Toronto permits in our name and our in-house Architectural Designer prepares the drawings. You do not chase paperwork or coordinate separate firms.
What if you find something behind the wall that was not in the plan?
We stop, take photos, write a short change order with a price and a timeline impact, and email it to you for sign-off before any work continues. Nothing gets built and invoiced retroactively.
